Funding and Shipping:
- All funds are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
- American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Pay Pal credit cards accepted. Just complete the order form.
US Cashiers Checks & Money Orders Accepted
- Cashiers checks based on United States Banks are acceptable, as well as Money Orders based on national issuers. [Note: order will be processed as soon as the check clears.]
- Make checks out to McLeighs Hydroponics or just McLeighs.
If paying by Cashier Check or Money Order:

- Start the order as normal
- Fill in all of the Checkout information up through Checkout - Step 3 of 3
- Do NOT fill in the Credit Card information
- Click the Submit Order button. This places your order on file.
- Note: The system will respond with an Error Message: "You must enter in a valid Credit Card number." which also repeats the Checkout Order page.
- Print the Error Message page: Click the File tab -> Print option ->Landscape orientation.
- Make a copy of the Error Message order page (and Cashier's Check or Money Order if desired)
- Include the Error Message Checkout Order page with the Cashiers Check or Money Order and mail to:

- Click the My Account tab at the top of the screen. You should see your order recorded with a Payment Pending Status. This status will be changed when the Cashiers Check is received and deposited.

Shipping charges are compiled for the continental United States.
Non-US Customers:
- Custom charges are a routine issue for shipments outside the US. Some times shipments pass thru customs with no charges, other times they charge. It seems they pick up boxes by random and charge a variety of prices too. Because customs is an internal issue at destination, there is nothing that can be done by the exporting company (USA). Therefore, since we have no control over customs charges, we do not reimburse customs charges.
- For locations outside the continental United States, send an email to sales@hydroponicsfarming.com or dwight@hydroponicsfarming.com with specific product information and complete shipping address. I'll get back to you as quickly as possible with shipping charges and any restrictions.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours after placement of the order.
- Cancellations made after that will be honored if the product has not yet been shipped.
- Otherwise, please do not open the package when received and follow the Refund Policy listed below.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds may be requested up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise.
- Request refund using this form, an email, or regular mail stating the product to be returned, date received, and reason for return.
- We will promptly review your refund request (less shipping and handling charges) and email return directions.
- Pack returned product(s) in the same or similar packing box or materials to that in which you received it.
- We will promptly issue a refund as soon as the product is returned.
